The Singhasan Haveli Mandawa, once called Goenka Haveli was built in the 18th century. The old haveli once belonged to a merchant from the Marwari community who got the Raj Bahadur award. The design of the haveli is such that it helps to keep away the heat of the Rajasthan desert. The design of the traditional architecture equipped the building to give the benefits of seasonal climatic conditions and brave the harsh summer heat.
